Installation Summary

The below is an installation summary, the installation instructions you will receive after
purchase are much more detailed. The process is relatively simple but we have been as
detailed as possible in the instructions you will receive after purchase.

Each Dash Tweeter is located under the top instrument panel cover.

Start by prying the dash trim panel upwards starting at either end. Lift it up, working your way to the
opposite end. There are no parts or wires attached to the dash trim cover.

Each Tweeter is held in place by 2 phillips screws. Use a short screwdriver to remove them. After
removing the screws unplug the white connector and remove the tweeter.

Carefully cut off the black and green wire from the factory Jeep tweeter.

Using the wire tool that was included in your purchase strip the tips off of the black and green wires.
Now twist the appropriate wires together and insert them into the supplied crimp caps or easy twist
connectors also provided with your purchase and connect the wires.

Insert your new Elite Series tweeters into the dash and reconnect the speaker plugs to the vehicle.
Insert the two mounting screws and tighten.

Turn on your stereo to make sure everything is working as it should.

Replace the dash panel cover back over its original location and press downward to secure it.

And that’s it! You now have sound again……
