What are your Store Hours?

Some sites do not take phone calls. They say it enables them to keep their prices low. I have to e-mail them with questions, and then it takes 2-3 days to get an answer.
What is your Phone Policy?
This is one of the major differences between us and some of the other parts sites. We do not make you choose between customer service and price. We realize that
sometimes you need answers right away. Feel free to call us anytime (at the number listed on our “contact us” page), and we'll be happy to talk with you. Whether you e-mail
us or phone us, you will always pay the same low price and receive the same great service.
What is a "VIN#" and why would I need it and where do I find it?
VIN is short for "Vehicle Identification Number". It is generally 17 digits long and can be found on a metal plate on the top of the dash pad on the drivers side of the vehicle,
visible from the outside of the vehicle through the windshield. It is also found on your Vehicle Title, Registration and Insurance Documentation. The Vin# is necessary should
you need to return your speaker back to us. It enables us to in turn return it to the manufacturer.
Do you sell genuine OEM Mopar Infinity parts?
All parts are guaranteed to be new and factory original. These are the same parts you would purchase from your local dealer. All parts are backed by the manufacturers
warranties.
Do you have my part in stock?
In addition to our on-hand inventory, we work with a network of hundreds of parts warehouses across the country enabling us to fill and ship orders within 24 hours.
How long before my order ships?
Orders ship within 24 hours.
How long does it take to receive my order once shipped?
Shipping times vary but the norm is 2 to 5 days. Deliveries to the west coast may take a day or two longer.
Do you ship outside the United States?
No, not at this time. We are working on this.
Which credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and of course PayPal.
What method of shipping do you use?
Our preferred method of shipping is via FedEx/UPS. They give excellent service, are extremely reliable and offer affordable pricing that we can
in turn pass down to you, our valued customer..
What if I need my part faster?
Just tell us your needs and we will try to accommodate them. We can ship parts via Next Day Air up until 3PM EST.
What is your return policy?
Should anything go wrong with your new speaker within 24 Calender Months of your original purchase, we will replace no questions asked. As a precaution, all serial
numbers are recorded for each transaction. We do this to protect ourselves from unscrupulous buyers who try and return their old speakers. Logging the serial numbers
really isn’t necessary as your original factory installed speakers have a different type of print on them, however, the serials are logged as a backup precaution. In short, if you
return the same speakers we shipped to you, you will receive a replacement. If you try and pull a fast one, you will be wasting your time.
Should a replacement be necessary, we do ask for a couple of courtesies. Please keep the original boxes if possible and please understand that we cannot ship out any
replacements until we have the original speakers in hand.
What did we leave out?
As hard as we've tried to cover everything, I'm sure there is plenty we've left out. If there is something you need and don't see it here, just ask. We're always just a click away. We

Tweeters Specific
Why did your original speakers blow and are these any different? The original tweeters installed by the
factory had 2 major weaknesses or flaws:
1. The fabric used on top of the tweeter was substandard and prone to break free from the tweeter base or
cone. Infinity easily corrected this problem by using a completely different type of fabric which is not
only stronger but can withstand changing temperatures/climates.
2. The tweeters had a difficult time dealing with the small levels of bass that make their way to the tweeters. This problem was also corrected in the AC tweeter model (the
tweeters we and the dealers sell) by Infinity.
In summary: We have very few returns which is why we are more than willing to offer a full 1 year no questions asked warranty.
Why shouldn't I buy those aftermarket tweeters on other sites like 12Positive? Firstly, we ask that you please visit their site. Please have a look at the speakers they are
making in their garage. We have a couple of pics on our “home” page. Sure, you get 2 speakers for $49 bucks, what you will receive will be 2 metal plates cut out of a large
sheet using a lathe, a hole is then drilled out and a $3.00 standard low value Chinese mini tweeter is then glued in using epoxy. Wires are then soldered onto it and in order to
install, you will require special tools and wire strippers (which they provide “free” of charge… and why not? They are making $42.00 profit on you, the least they can do is
provide you with cheap tools to install it…. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for… whether you buy your OEM from us or somewhere else, stay OEM, you’ll be saving
yourself many headaches on down the road.
How easy is it to install our OEM Infinity Tweeter?
If you can use a small Philips head screwdriver….YOU’RE DONE! Just that simple. We provide you with free detailed installation instructions including full color pics.
Seriously, it is a breeze with no special tools required.
